I’m Saumya and I build solutions that seamlessly integrate into the lives of people and the world around them. I create interfaces and technology that enable us to lead richer, more meaningful lives. I believe in learning constantly through studying and doing.

In the last year and a half, I established a design and innovation agency, worked with some really awesome people, and continued my personal projects on nights and weekends. I also picked up parkour (some), the piano (some more) and a taste for the south Indian filter coffee (a lot).

Before that, I was at IIT Guwahati and basically lived at my department. I also got really into poetry, woodworking and lawn tennis until I tore my knee (while sleeping!).

I stepped away from my studio recently to explore deeper work with cognitive development through technology and plan to travel around south India, volunteer and learn to surf.
